A standard €5 delivery charge is added to online orders. Your requested delivery date and time are subject to confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible to change or cancel an order; acceptance depends on whether preparation has started and whether ingredients have already been committed.
Allergens & dietary requirements
Tell us about allergies and dietary requirements before ordering. Product descriptions are a guide and recipes or supplier ingredients can change. Although we take care, food is prepared in facilities handling common allergens and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact. Contact us for current ingredient and allergen information.
Prices & availability
Displayed prices are final prices. Products and flavours are subject to availability. Ice-cream products without a displayed price are available by enquiry and cannot be added to online payment until a selling price is published.
Privacy
We use the details you provide to respond to enquiries, fulfil orders, process payments and provide customer order history. Payment details are handled by Stripe. Marketing offers are optional and require separate consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time from your account.
CVs and job application information are used only for recruitment and access is restricted to authorised staff. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email info@cateringcollectiveltd.com.
Website terms
Orders are accepted when payment is successfully completed and may still require operational confirmation for the requested delivery slot. Catering Collective Ltd may contact you if an item is unavailable or clarification is needed. Any returnable trays or glassware must be returned as agreed.
